I was born in Kamchatka and have lived in different parts of the world before making Ljubljana my home base. My work is entirely remote, and most of my clients are based in other countries. I’m used to shifting time zones and adapting to whatever rhythm a team works in.

My focus is on the practical side of operations.

I look at how people work, where friction occurs, and what prevents a system from supporting the business. From there, I design solutions that feel natural to the organization instead of forcing it into a template.

Sometimes the work involves reorganizing knowledge so that information is finally findable. Sometimes it’s restructuring procedures or choosing and implementing tools that won’t collapse under growth.

The goal is always the same: remove confusion and build something that can support the company’s next stage.

I don’t apply a fixed method. I pay attention to the way a business behaves and shape the system around that reality.
